Pokédex
Located to the north of Kalos and to the east of Galar, Kelta is stereotypically seen as having been 'absorbed by nature and tradition' and out of touch with modern life.
This is false. While steeped in traditions and priding themselves in keeping history alive, Kelta is very much in tune with modern technology and customs. Some cities, while covered in trees and built in and around forests, have many state of the art systems and buildings that work as harmoniously as possible with the landscape. Just because the systems blend in with the location does not mean they don't have any technology, and every Keltan will remind outsiders of this when it gets brought up.
The largest city of the region is in Berylrose City. Diamondglade City is the Pokémon League branch of the government, housing the League Headquarters.
Beginning trainers are given one of three Starters from Professor Cherry in Gemwood town:
Lizeroon. Grass Type. "Lizeroon are calm, docile Pokémon that get most of their nutrients by leaving their root-like tails buried in the ground. They startle easily and often shriek when upset."
Crocoal. Fire Type. "Crocoal are young and prone to bursting into flame without warning. The tips of this Pokémon's mane and tail are always smoldering as a result."
Spraylet. Water Type. "Spraylet are still young and cannot control their impulse to screech when excited. They think they are brave and powerful when in reality they are still quite dependent on their parents or trainers."
About
An organization surrounded by rumours and terrible truths, Stratus's primary goal is to take control of the skies of Kelta and their ultimate goal is to take control of the world's skies, by any means. They can be found attempting to recruit, and manipulate, teens and other adults into joining them. Crimes vary from minor theft and public disturbances all the way to murder and kidnapping among other vile acts towards people and Pokémon alike.
It's heavily speculated they're also involved in numerous other crimes, though little is known or confirmed.
Stratus has been known to be lurking in other regions, attempting to recruit members into their ranks or infiltrate other Teams to learn about their plans, as well as find ways to take over those regions' skies by any means possible.

Route 5: A cold route that has a steep incline along a snowy mountain pass, where blizzards can whip up at a moment’s notice. It is recommended one takes a guide from Rubybloom up the pass in the autumn and winter months. A cable car is available for the less daring year-round.
Route 6: A route that has sharp twists and turns to avoid the most dangerous areas that steeply drop into a ravine, curving along the coast through a short forested area.
Route 7: Short grasslands route that is easy to traverse with little issue. Many small streams dot the way and trainers seem to camp along this route, noting its apparent safety.
Route 8: A river cuts into this route, leading into Goldentree along a flat plain with just as many campers as route 7, boasting the same claims of safety.
Route 9: A river snakes through this route along an edge at the beginning before trailing off toward the Cycling Road that can be seen in the distance near Goldentree.

Route 16: This path down the mountain contains the main entrance to the Voiceless Forest, and the path down can be described as eerie and unforgiving in the winter. It is unwise to take this path in the spring, as landslides are common.
Route 17: Home to Kelta's highest peaks, this almost constantly snowing route never sees anything but wintery conditions except at the bottom near the Onyxpetal area. Frost Mountain looms high above, daring trainers to climb her. Cable cars are available year-round.

Route 19: Steep cliffs scatter this route as it cuts into the mountainside through an old mine leading to Onyxpetal.

Route 21: An unremarkable path, many trainers pass through here in a hurry to get to Agatethorn to cross to the Platinum Isles to challenge the League.

Route 23: The entrance to the Safari Zone can be found on the Steelglen side of this route. Many trainers can be found on this route, challenging others to battles. Some trainers can be found trying to steal badges from the more gullible individuals due to the badge requirement to enter the Safari Zone.
Route 24: An inaccessible river cuts through this path, which is mostly elevated pathways outside of city limits. A small village sits in the center, granting travelers a respite from this high and windy path. Many flying pokemon can be found on the bridges, often blocking trainers if they are aggressive.
Route 25: A coastal route, with multiple beach accesses and shops dotting this path.
Platinum Isles
Route 26: Short, but dangerous, watery path that connects to the Platinum Isles. It is recommended to take a ferry if one does not possess a powerful swimming pokemon due to how dangerous the waters can get at a moment’s notice. Hasty trainers have met their end by not listening to weather reports.
Route 34: Also known as "Serpent's Way" for how many dragon and serpentine pokemon live here in both the waters and on land. Leads to the Dragon's Altar.
Silver Island

Platinum Isles
Route 26: Short, but dangerous, watery path that connects to the Platinum Isles. It is recommended to take a ferry if one does not possess a powerful swimming pokemon due to how dangerous the waters can get at a moment’s notice. Hasty trainers have met their end by not listening to weather reports.
Route 34: Also known as "Serpent's Way" for how many dragon and serpentine pokemon live here in both the waters and on land. Leads to the Dragon's Altar.
Silver Island
Route 28: Famous for its underwater walkway connecting the mainland to Silver Island, this route attracts tourists and trainers alike. Ferries are available on the weekend.
Route 29: Known as “Windswept Pass” by the locals, this main island road is filled with many flying and floating pokemon that ride the currents and constant breeze that comes from the active volcano. A constant faint smoke can be smelled most of the year.
Route 30: Many overgrown ruins can be found along this part of the island, with signs pointing to Dragon Clan ancestors having once lived around.
Route 31: A quiet hum persists on this grassy route, soothing many a weary traveler. The aurora can occasionally be seen at night, though faintly.
Route 32: Pristine, untouched, streams litter this route. The land here is heavily monitored and trainers incur heavy fines if they are caught littering.
Route 33: A narrow pass leading up to Rebirth Mountain, the air smells like smoke most of the year.
Amber Island
Route 27: Short, watery route connecting the mainland to Amber Island.
